THE ROLE

Inventory & Merchandising Coordination

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer-Facing Duties:

Perform all cashier and customer sales duties; Delight customers by learning and demonstrating product knowledge in interactions; Deliver personalized experiences for customers by greeting them, answering questions, and performing all transactions in a friendly and professional manner; Maintain a clean, safe and visually appealing environment by performing cleaning duties and maintaining store displays.
Inventory & Merchandising Coordination:

Track stock levels and reorder low inventory; Organize shelf displays and optimize product placement; Liaise with suppliers for reordering and product inquiries; Conduct inventory counts and analyze stock movement; Forecast stock needs based on sales trends; Research and recommend new products for the store; Upload and update product listings on the online store; Collect and record invoices for inventory tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

Screening Criteria

Confident and comfortable being on camera; Ability to lift potentially heavy products; Strength in communication and technology; Passion for the beverage industry, especially non-alcoholic; Live in Ottawa and have legal authorization to work in Canada; Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills; Experience providing exceptional customer experience in a service environment; Ability to work a flexible schedule with varying shifts (including weekends and holidays); A solution-oriented mindset with ability to think quickly on your feet and work accurately.
Assets

Bilingual in both official languages (French and English); Experience with inventory systems or e-commerce platforms; Interest in supply chain, merchandising, or retail analytics.
