Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer experience. Assist customers with technical inquiries, utilizing your knowledge in technology sales. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. Upsell products and services by identifying opportunities during customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Familiarity with merchandising principles and techniques is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
