Built entirely in house by a team of MIT trained engineers and artists, NALA uses advanced AI to connect Interior Designers, Art Lovers, and Artists based on aesthetic preferences and real world project needs.

For Interior Designers, NALA is a powerful sourcing tool allowing them to find original artwork from global artists at direct from artist prices using intuitive search features like "show me abstract paintings that match this sofa" or "find me artwork for a coastal living room."

About the Role



We are seeking a

Sales Associate

to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be outbound sales and relationship building by calling interior design firms, introducing them to NALA, and guiding them through the free signup process. You will be on the front lines of our growth helping expand NALA's network of professional designers across North America and beyond.

This is a hands on, high energy role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands the design world, and is motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls and follow up with Interior Designers, studios, and design firms to introduce NALA and explain its benefits. Walk designers through the signup process and assist them in creating their first project or collection. Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, feedback, and conversions in our CRM. Schedule follow up calls, product demos, or virtual walkthroughs for interested firms. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach scripts and identify high performing messaging. Represent NALA professionally and passionately as the first voice of our brand. Provide regular reports on daily and weekly progress, conversion rates, and feedback from calls.

Compensation and Growth



This role offers a

lucrative commission structure

with generous bonuses based on milestone completion. High performers will have the opportunity to earn substantial monthly commissions for exceeding signup and conversion targets.

You will also have opportunities for rapid advancement into Senior Sales or Partnership Manager positions as NALA expands. Success in this role will be directly rewarded with both financial and career growth potential.

Ideal Candidate



Excellent verbal communication and relationship building skills confident speaking with professionals over the phone. Background or interest in art, design, or interiors is a major plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Goal oriented, self motivated, and energized by hitting signup and conversion targets. Experience in sales, outreach, or customer acquisition (especially B2B) is preferred. Comfortable working with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
