We are currently looking for Sales Associate to grow and manage our industrial tape business in the Greater Toronto and Surrounding areas where you will work on gaining market share for the products and services we represent as a key converter and distributor of pressure sensitive tapes.
No experience required. You come with an open mind to learn and we will provide you all the knowledge and tools required to be successful. This hybrid position combines inside sales and visiting customers onsite to understand details on projects, applications and taking plant tours to better understand your customers needs and requirements. Along with the skills set outlined below, your ability to be sought out as an expert to provide your customers with innovative bonding solutions to their needs will be integral in achieving your critical objectives of maintaining and capturing new business:
Position responsibilities:
Actively manage and grow accounts in a unique sales territory
Understand customer needs, requirements and present Consult2Bond's unique tape converting capabilities and assortment of products to achieve their goals
Willingness to cold call and acquire new customers in the region
Manage customer information and opportunity sales pipeline in CRM software
Respond to customer calls, enquiries & emails same day or to the latest within 24 hours
Ability to look for and seize profitable business opportunities
Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships
Deliver exceptional customer service understanding that we exist because of our customers
Qualifications:
Quick learner and open to building customer relationships
Entrepreneurial spirit and high-energy
Sales, marketing and/or operations focus is an asset
High energy, confident and comfortable with speaking to customers in person and over the phone
Valid driver's license
