Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. Utilize merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that promote sales. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively upsell items. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Exhibit strong communication skills through phone etiquette when interacting with customers. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals while maintaining an organized work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued, particularly in English and other languages. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing tasks efficiently. Basic math skills are required for handling transactions accurately. Proven ability in upselling techniques and effective communication will enhance your candidacy.
