As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented. Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Proven ability to sell products and services while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with cash handling procedures is an asset. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service is essential. Organizational skills to maintain store standards and manage inventory effectively.
