As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be essential in achieving sales goals and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication skills, including phone etiquette. Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as necessary. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued, particularly in English and other languages. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash accurately. Experience in similar job is preffered training would be provided but a plus if u know about repairing phones

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
