Position Details
Schedule:
Mon-Thu: 9:00 AM-4:30 PM
Fri: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
Commission:
Available after a 3-month performance review
(retroactive from the start date)
Travel Opportunities:
Eligibility for trade show travel after 6 months
Key Responsibilities
High-volume outbound calling and email outreach to hospitals
Manage leads, follow-ups, and activity in
HubSpot.
Build and maintain customer relationships
Conduct virtual product training sessions (Zoom/Teams)
Manage the sales process from quoting to delivery coordination
Prepare basic sales reports and updates.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales or telemarketing experience
Clear, confident telephone voice
(frequent calling to the U.S.)
CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong time management
Comfortable working on-site in a small team environment
Note:
This is an
on-site, phone-heavy sales role
. Applicants must be comfortable with daily outbound calling.
