Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits Provide knowledgeable guidance on technology products and solutions Upsell additional items or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is tidy and inviting Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks Ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in automotive or related fields Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively Bilingual skills (English plus additional language) are a plus Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Familiarity with CRM systems, objection handling, and sales procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work well within a team and independently as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
