SEOULEA

is looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Associate

to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales targets. They will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of SEOULEA's products, and the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Experience and knowledge in Korean skincare and cosmetics is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by being well-informed on all product lines and working collaboratively with teammates. Drive sales performance while ensuring an excellent customer experience and meeting operational goals. Maintain personal sales and productivity targets. Accurately perform cash handling and POS transactions. Keep the sales floor organized, visually appealing, and aligned with merchandising standards. Engage every customer with thoughtful, open-ended questions to identify their needs. Stay informed on current products, skincare trends, and new arrivals, sharing insights with customers. Promote a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work culture. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Attention to detail and awareness of potential risks such as counterfeit transactions or pricing errors. Friendly, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers. Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently. Strong accuracy and accountability in handling transactions. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems (training provided). Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic retail environment. Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Une experience et une connaissance des soins de la peau et des cosmetiques coreens constituent un atout important.

Responsabilites principales

Offrir un service a la clientele exemplaire en connaissant bien tous les produits et en collaborant efficacement avec les membres de l'equipe. Atteindre les objectifs de vente tout en assurant une experience client exceptionnelle et en respectant les attentes operationnelles. Maintenir ses objectifs personnels de ventes et de productivite. Effectuer avec precision et efficacite les transactions et les taches liees a la caisse. Veiller a ce que la surface de vente soit organisee et conforme aux normes de marchandisage. Accueillir chaque client et poser des questions ouvertes afin d'identifier ses besoins. Se tenir informe(e) des nouveaux produits, des tendances et des lancements a venir, et partager ces connaissances avec les clients. Contribuer a un environnement de travail positif, inclusif et collaboratif. Effectuer toutes autres taches connexes.

Competences et qualifications

Experience prealable en vente au detail ou en service a la clientele (un atout). Excellentes competences en communication et en resolution de problemes; savoir gerer les preoccupations des clients avec professionnalisme. Sens du detail et vigilance face aux risques potentiels (transactions suspectes, erreurs de prix, etc.). Aisance a engager la conversation et a offrir une experience client personnalisee et de qualite. Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et a accomplir les taches sans supervision constante. Fiabilite et precision dans la gestion des transactions. Connaissances de base en mathematiques et familiarite avec les systemes de point de vente (formation offerte). Capacite a travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide et multitache. Capacite a rester debout pendant de longues periodes et a soulever jusqu'a 20 lb (9 kg). Disponibilite flexible, incluant soirs, fins de semaine et jours feries selon les besoins.
