Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays Provide knowledgeable assistance on technical products and services Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Organize and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed Utilize effective time management to ensure efficient store operations Uphold excellent communication skills and phone etiquette during customer interactions

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Strong organizational skills to maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

Pay: $30,500.00-$31,000.00 per year
