Mollie\'s Market at VCA Canada District Animal Hospital & Urgent Care on 11st NE Calgary is welcoming Sales Associates to join our brand-new team!

As our first ever purpose-built community hub, we see our retail space as a central part of our plans to bring pet lovers of all types together under one roof. The Sales Associate will work under the direction of the Retail Manager to provide exceptional service to our guests at the Mollie\xe2\x80\x99s Market retail store. The successful candidate must be passionate about providing guests with seamless, positive shopping experiences by providing excellent customer service.

What You Bring

You are customer service driven, apply a sales-focused approach, work responsibly and achieve goals in a timely manner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, active listening skills, and can engage with a diverse range of customers.

Good attention to detail and ability to work in a face-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.

Excellent customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
