Volvo Cars Mississauga is growing and looking to add high-performing Automotive Sales Consultants to our team. This role is well-suited for professionals who are motivated by results, take ownership of their pipeline, and consistently deliver strong sales performance.

What You'll Do
Convert inbound leads and walk-in traffic into vehicle sales
Manage your pipeline with consistent follow-up and closing discipline
Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives
Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity targets
Collaborate with Finance and management to finalize deals efficiently
Build repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships
What We're Looking For
Automotive sales experience preferred (minimum 2 years ideal)
Proven ability to close and hit sales targets
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-driven, competitive, and accountable for results
OMVIC certification and valid driver's license required
Availability for Saturdays and some evenings
