We help clients access education guidance, funding navigation support, and business advisory services. Our team focuses on providing clear, honest, and practical support to individuals who are working toward educational or business goals.
Position Overview
We are hiring Sales Associates to meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and connect them with appropriate services offered by our centre. This is a
commission-only role
where earnings depend on individual performance. There is
no hourly wage or salary

Compensation
Commission Only
(no base pay or guaranteed earnings)
Typical earning potential:
$700-$1,200 per week for successful representatives
Performance bonuses available
All earnings are based solely on closed sales and may vary.
Key Responsibilities
Speak with prospective clients in person and by phone
Explain BDC's education and business-support services
Identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate notes and follow the company's sales process
Meet weekly and monthly sales performance expectations
Attend team trainings and development sessions
Provide follow-up communication with clients after enrollment
Qualifications
1+ year of sales or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and maintain professionalism
Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Available Monday to Friday (weekend availability is an asset)
Reliable transportation to our Mississauga office
Work Environment
