Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our growing team in Mississauga. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in creating positive experiences, building relationships, and promoting our clients' programs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers to share information about client programs and services Complete applications, process payments, and handle debit/credit transactions Maintain organized and accurate records and paperwork Attend daily team and training meetings Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets Handle inquiries, confirmations, and customer follow-ups professionally Provide in-office and in-field support as needed Assist in training new team members on sales systems and procedures Perform general administrative and office duties Use Android systems effectively for daily operations

A Typical Day

As part of our Sales Associate team, you'll represent our clients in residential areas through direct, face-to-face engagement. Your goal will be to create positive customer interactions, promote program awareness, and help drive growth -- all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
