Position Overview

We are seeking a

motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Associate

to join our commercial construction team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer relations, lead generation, and deal closure -- while also contributing to the company's online presence through social media and video presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, manage, and convert sales leads for commercial projects. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Conduct project presentations and client meetings. Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and in-person visits. Manage and respond to client inquiries via professional email communication. Create and manage

social media content

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to promote ongoing and upcoming projects. Present confidently

on camera

for promotional videos, walkthroughs, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance visibility and engagement. Negotiate and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction. Keep detailed records of all client communication and sales activities.

Qualifications

Experience in

sales, customer relations, or construction/real estate industry

(preferred). Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation

skills. Confident speaker and comfortable being

on camera or presenting on screen

. Strong skills in

social media management

and

email correspondence

. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. Fluent in English (French is an asset).
