We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and promoting our products effectively.

This role requires a passion for technology sales and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products to meet their needs. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring cash handling is performed with precision. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are well-displayed. Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Restocking the store with new items, Daily and Weekly as the needs arise. Organizing the Back room and keeping a clean and neat environmen. Picking out outfits, and items for promotion and Assisting the social media team during In store shoots.

Skills

Proven experience in technology sales or a strong interest in technology products. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Strong ability to conduct product demos that engage customers and highlight product features. Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing and cash handling. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries professionally. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with customers.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
