The Opportunity


We are looking for a talented sales associate to assist customers through the buying process. As a front liner, the sales associate represents the voice of the business and is the first to interact with our customers. The role of the sales associate supports and contributes to store productivity and profitability through customer service excellence. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Responsibilities



Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Keep updated on best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Network to improve the presence and reputation of the showroom and company.

What we are looking for:



Proven work experience as a sales representative Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Ability to meet sales targets and production goals. Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Familiarity with inventory procedures Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Excellent organizational skills Results driven and customer focused. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus note commissions to be made on top of hourly rate
