A successful and mature Sales Associate at Your Family Opticians should expect a monthly salary of $4000-$5700 thanks to a competitive commission program. Our mission is to help everyone experience better vision by providing the most personal customer service in the field of professional eyecare. The ideal candidate will:
- be able to work non-traditional business hours including evenings & weekends;
- have a yearning to hit sales targets, hungry for ambition and self-improvement;
- have excellent communication skills, preferably fluent in English and another language (e.g. Cantonese, Farsi, Mandarin, Hindi, Tamil, Tagalog);
- have the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks;
- have the ability to work with a diverse client base and work in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- have an interest in the field of science and optics;
- naturally enjoy being social and friendly with people;
- loves to smile!
- Guiding clients into finding fashionable and functional eyewear;
- Being knowledgeable in the field of optics;
- Delivering 150% humble customer service that exceeds an average customer\'s expectations in any shopping experience.
