With our expansion to become Alberta's premier destination for rare and niche perfumes, we are needing to grow our team. We are looking for someone passionate, personable, and motivated to join us in delivering a luxury experience to every client who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

Engage with clients and provide outstanding, personalized service in both jewellery and fragrance. Confidently present and sell luxury items, from fine jewellery to niche perfumes. Develop product knowledge. From receiving initial inventory to insuring delivery or proper hand off meets and exceeds clients expectations. Build lasting relationships with our valued clients through professionalism, trust, and genuine enthusiasm. Contribute ideas and assist with content creation and consistency for social media, marketing and in-store promotions. Maintain the showroom's elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

Experience in Retail or Sales is strongly encouraged Must be comfortable answering phones, texts and emails Light housekeeping duties A basic comfort level with computers is required A proficiency in English is required Must be available store hours Shopify, website, or social media back end experience is an asset Confidence behind or in front of the camera is an asset Must be bondable
