Eco collective Sales Associate & Marketing Coordinator to work on Sunday, Thursdays, Fridays from 11am-5pm.

Eco-Collective Sales Associate & Marketing Coordinator is customer-focused & creative person whose goals are to provide exceptional customer service & a creative flare with our social media platforms. This role requires you to have initiative, be organized and enthusiastic about connecting with customers & our local community.

Main Job Tasks, & Duties

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and offer recommendations to customers based on their needs Handle customer inquiries, escalate customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction Online order Fulfillment Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends Ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer Managing end of month inventory reports Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system Participate in store promotions, sales events, and product launches Be the resident Social Media expert providing expertise about trends and community requests. Provide new and innovative ways to attract prospective customers (contests, promotions, etc) Making stories, reels & posts to inform our audience of what the Eco Collective has to offer with their products Track the social media performance of leading brands on social, as well as vitals and other eco-industry leaders. Report findings to the team as needed. Stay updated on social media best practices and trends, experimenting with innovative strategies to boost engagement and grow followers. Handle Customer Care for social media community inquiries

Education and Experience

Minimum two years retail experience Experience with POS, Shopify, and Shopify ecommerce Video editing skills: You are very familiar with TikTok & Reels & editing and optimization Basic Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Photoshop) Basic Copywriting Principles with A Focus on Ecommerce Marketing

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong customer service and relational skills Excellent communication and listening skills Knowledge of products and ability to make product recommendations Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work culture
