Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in driving sales, assisting customers with device and plan selection, and creating a positive in-store experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Welcome and support customers in a friendly, professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend the best devices, plans, and solutions. Demonstrate product features and explain pricing, promotions, and specifications. Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns with patience and courtesy.

Sales & Revenue

Engage customers proactively to promote products and services. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance expectations. Upsell and cross-sell accessories and add-ons to enhance the customer's experience. Process all transactions accurately using the POS system.

Product Knowledge

Stay up to date on the latest devices, plans, and Freedom Mobile promotions. Continuously develop product knowledge and awareness of industry trends. Educate customers so they can make informed purchasing decisions.

Store Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Support inventory management and restocking activities. Participate in merchandising, inventory counts, and general store tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is an asset but not required. Strong communication and people skills. Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. Able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Comfortable with mobile technology and device basics. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
