We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clientele. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing transactions, and showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. Engage in technology sales by effectively communicating product specifications and advantages. Utilize merchandising techniques to maintain an appealing store environment and ensure products are displayed attractively. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and managing returns/exchanges. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items that complement their purchases. Maintain organized sales areas, ensuring stock levels are adequate and replenished as necessary. Exhibit strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable, particularly those fluent in English and another language. Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
