Base Salary is based on $20 per hour

Personal Sales Commissions on top

as well as team target bonus, Warranty sales, and KPI bonus

Job Overview:
Ernie's has been in business for over 51 years... We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in our brand new store!! As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

This position includes regular Weekend hours.

Monday - 9am to 6pm

Tuesday - OFF

Wednesday - OFF

Thursday - 9am to 8pm

Friday - 9am to 6pm

Saturday - 9am to 4pm

Sunday - 11am to 4pm

Duties:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns

- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts
- Proficient in using technology, including POS systems and other sales tools
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
