Who we are:

Cigar Chief Kingston is a proudly Indigenous-owned business, freshly opened this year and already becoming a destination for cigar aficionados in the city. We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Store Associate to join our full-time team.

The Role:

As a Store Associate, you'll be the face of the shop--welcoming customers, answering questions, helping them find what they need, and keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized.

What you'll do:

Greet walk-in customers and assist them with purchases Learn and recommend products based on customer needs Keep up with store promotions, specials, and policies Set up and tidy displays to showcase products Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store Process sales using our point-of-sale system Handle returns, exchanges, and adjustments when needed Help receive and unpack new stock

What we're looking for:

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Comfortable using a POS system (training provided) Able to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment Basic PC skills and willingness to learn retail systems Experience in retail or hospitality is a bonus--but not required Espresso brewing knowledge is a plus--training provided, as we offer coffee to guests Reliable and team-oriented

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Experience:

Cashiering: 2 years (preferred) Retail: 2 years (preferred)
