As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to assist customers effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Demonstrate technical sales skills by explaining product specifications and benefits to customers when necessary. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Pay: $17.85-$17.86 per hour
