STOR-X is a leading provider of custom closets and cabinetry solutions. We help homeowners transform their spaces with smart, beautiful designs. We generate quality inbound leads--but our most successful Sales & Design Associates build their own pipelines and take ownership of their growth.

What You'll Do

Sell First, Learn Design on the Job

- We'll teach you the design side; your job is to sell and close.

Drive Your Own Leads

- Referrals, partnerships, and networking are essential to your success. Waiting around won't cut it.

Consult & Measure in Clients' Homes

- Understand client needs, take measurements, and co-create storage solutions.

Use Tech Tools

- Quickly learn our 3D design and project management software (we'll train you).

Own the Customer Journey

- From first contact to final installation, you're the main point of contact.

Meet at Our Showroom as Needed

- Flexible use; bring clients in for a design review, but work from wherever.

Manage Your Own Schedule

- Set appointments that work for your clients and your life. Evenings/weekends as needed.
Who You Are

A proactive, goal-driven individual who thrives on autonomy. Someone who doesn't wait for direction--you look for problems to solve and take ownership of results. A fast learner who's comfortable with tech. Naturally confident, personable, and organized. Passionate about spaces and interiors (formal design background is a bonus, not a must). Motivated by results and earnings--not just clocking hours.
Compensation

Base salary + tiered commission. Top performers exceed $100K+.
