Overview
Smoke FX is seeking a part-time sales associate to join our team at our Kanata location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock checks. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with vaping products is preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.75 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Work Location: In person
