Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers Engage in upselling to enhance customer purchases and meet sales goals Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, and store policies Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts Maintain phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online channels Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Knowledge of technology products or technical sales is a plus Bilingual abilities (English and other languages) are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions Experience with merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques will be advantageous Strong organizational skills, time management, and effective communication are essential for success in this role
