We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for the industry. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This position requires individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations. Assist customers with sales, ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions across the array of various products we provide. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions and inventory management. Upsell products by identifying opportunities based on customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Exhibit strong communication skills through phone etiquette when interacting with customers.

Qualifications

18 YEARS+

Available to work evenings AND weekends

Punctual and reliable Strong customer service and organizational skills Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Previous experience working in a Smoke Shop or knowledge of vape hardware, juice, accessories is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A proactive approach to upselling and promoting additional products.
