As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through product demonstrations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Handle cashiering duties accurately and responsibly. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide technical sales support by answering inquiries related to product specifications and usage. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. A genuine interest in technology sales and product knowledge is essential. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour
