Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, determining their needs, answering inquiries via phone or in-store visits, and providing information on products and services (shipping, packaging, printing, etc.).

Shipping and Receiving:

Receiving, processing, lifting, and weighing packages for courier shipment, accessing appropriate shipping software, correctly labeling packages, and tracking shipments.

Printing and Document Services:

Operating printers (color, B+W, large format), fax machines, and binding/finishing equipment; pricing and setting up print jobs; and fulfilling customer document service needs.

Sales and Transactions:

Operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, accurately processing cash, credit/debit card transactions, and assisting in general sales and upselling services.

Store Operations and Maintenance:

Assisting in merchandising the center, stocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized workspace and store environment, and performing opening/closing duties (e.g., cash reconciliation, daily bank deposits).

Inventory Management:

Aiding with inventory management and record-keeping.

Other Duties:

Performing other duties as assigned, such as passport photo services or assisting with in-store events.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills:

Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members, with an outgoing and friendly personality.

Computer Proficiency:

Basic computer knowledge is required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications; knowledge of QuickBooks can be a plus.

Physical Ability:

The role can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for several hours at a time and lift packages weighing 50-75+ lbs (with assistance if needed).

Attention to Detail:

Essential for accurate record-keeping, processing transactions, and managing inventory.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.

Education:

A high school diploma or GED is often preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.55-$20.00 per hour
