Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs in a friendly manner. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to enhance the shopping experience. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales is highly desirable. Proficiency in merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and store layout effectively. Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone calls.
