As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and stay organized will be key to your success in this role. We are an electrical contractor company that specializes in Home Automation.

Bonus for targets achieved will be to be negotiated upon Hiring. Potential to be hired full time if proven to be successful in the role.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and calculations. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere. Stay informed about the latest technology trends and product offerings to better assist customers. Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks while providing excellent service.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and assisting customers with pricing inquiries. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and improving sales techniques is essential.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
