Position Overview
We're looking for a
qualified and experienced Sales Associate
who understands the construction or home-services industry.
You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners and investors--converting inbound inquiries into booked consultations and guiding prospects through estimates and project onboarding.
Your success will directly drive HMH's growth and reputation in the residential renovation space.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from the website, social media, and referrals.
Conduct on-site and virtual consultations with homeowners to understand project goals and budgets.
Collaborate with estimators and project managers to prepare and present proposals.
Follow up on quotes, negotiate scope and pricing, and close contracts.
Maintain accurate CRM records (Hexona CRM or similar) and track sales metrics.
Coordinate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Attend site visits and walk-throughs as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred Skills
Experience selling construction or renovation services to homeowners and investors.
Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and typical permit process.
Prior network in real estate or home-improvement industry is an asset.
Experience attending home shows, networking events, or social media lead generation.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
