Compensation:

$16.00 plus commissions and bonuses

About the Role:

As a

Sales Associate,

you will be the face of our salon, providing excellent customer service and ensuring every client has a five-star experience. You'll help clients with tanning services, wellness treatments, product recommendations, and more, all in a calm and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner Maintain a clean, inviting salon atmosphere Provide expert knowledge of tanning and wellness services Book appointments and manage scheduling software Upsell memberships and retail products Follow salon protocols for hygiene and safety
What We're Looking For:

Outgoing and friendly personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Experience in tanning, wellness, or beauty industry is a plus (but not required--we're happy to train!) Flexible schedule availability (weekends and evenings may be required)
