Job Summary

As a

Sales Associate

at Dragon Vape, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our products responsibly. You'll assist customers in finding the right devices, e-liquids, and accessories based on their needs, while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant store environment.

Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service to every customer. Promote and explain products, bundle deals, and loyalty programs without pushy sales tactics. Ensure all sales are made in compliance with age-verification and provincial regulations. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards. Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and assist with daily counts when required. Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions. Follow all company policies, including FIFO (First In, First Out) for product rotation. Participate in ongoing sales and product training sessions. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Previous retail or sales experience preferred (vape industry experience an asset). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be

19 years of age or older

(legal age to sell vape products).
