About the Role

As a

Sales Associate

at Laser X, you will be the first point of contact for new clients and a key player in driving business success. Your role will focus on lead conversion, client education, and ensuring every guest feels informed and confident in their decision to choose Laser X.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial consultations and clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services Convert leads into clients by providing knowledgeable and confident recommendations Follow up with previous clients to re-engage interest and offer new treatment opportunities Respond to all client inquiries with professionalism, and accuracy Schedule appointments and manage the booking calendar according to business needs Assist in creating and implementing sales-driving initiatives to boost engagement and retention Perform front desk duties including answering phones, greeting guests, and managing client records

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Detail-oriented, organized, and confident in managing a dynamic schedule Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with team members
