Because of our unique selection of flowers, gifts, plants, and decor we have a reputation for providing a unique and intimate shopping experience.

We're looking for a full-time confident, energetic, and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have some knowledge of plants and flowers, be a natural leader and comfortable engaging with customers, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

This is a physical job lifting; moving plants, lifting buckets, and climbing ladders are all part of the day-to-day tasks, there is never a dull moment! We require this candidate to be available on weekends as well as during the week.

Availability to work 5 shifts a week (32 - 40 hrs) At least 4 years experience in a fast paced retail sales driven environment Confident, mature, and responsible with a positive, energetic, upbeat attitude Exceptional customer communication skills: Confidently engaging and respectful with customers both in person and on the phone Have a passion for plants and flowers with the creative ability and the interest in making spaces beautiful Ability to hit the ground running and multitask in a busy team environment Adaptable Detail oriented Organized and efficient Sense of humour Excellent decision making and problem solving Proficiency with POS systems and Google Workspace flexible schedule including weekends
