5ive West Inc. is a Canadian company with an office in Kelowna, specializing in client engagement and outreach solutions. We are currently growing our team and hiring full-time Sales Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to build skills in sales, communication, and customer service while working in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner, offering support to help them find the right products and services Provide clear and accurate information about offerings, promotions, and product benefits Accurately manage customer interactions and sales activities Collaborate with colleagues to meet team goals and ensure positive customer experiences Stay informed about new products and communication techniques to effectively highlight value to customers Maintain courteous and professional communication in all customer and team interactions Take part in ongoing training to strengthen sales, service, and communication skills

Who You Are

Strong communicator with a professional and approachable demeanor Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn new skills Able to work independently as well as part of a team Full-time availability with ability to commute to our Kelowna office Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not required
