Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team on-site. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, enhancing customer relationships through exceptional service, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating terms, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales team, you will work towards achieving revenue targets and sales goals. Duties:

Sell products and services to customers professionally Engage in technical sales discussions, negotiate, and close deals Exhibit excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Manage time effectively and stay organized Knowledge of the smoking accessories industry is advantageous Apply retail sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities Capability to identify and develop new business opportunities Previous experience in technical or retail sales preferred Excellent organizational skills Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills Exceptional customer service skills to ensure satisfaction
