Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team on-site. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, enhancing customer relationships through exceptional service, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating terms, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales team, you will work towards achieving revenue targets and sales goals. Duties:
Engage in technical sales discussions, negotiate, and close deals
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new customers
Knowledge of the smoking accessories industry is advantageous
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts
Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and objectives
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, improve market share, and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase product and service visibility and drive sales.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or front desk roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities
Capability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Previous experience in technical or retail sales preferred
Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure satisfaction
