• Actively engage and initiate conversations with mall shoppers
• Build and engage your personal and professional network
• Work and network within your local community
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering customers personalized, unbiased, advice.
• Achieve all key business metrics including sales, operations, and customer experience
• Participate and engage in training, coaching and professional development opportunities
• Stay up to date on our current promotions, products, and services to maintain high levels of expertise

- Must be friendly, charming, and bring a positive attitude towards a sales environment
- Prior experience/knowledge in a retail sales environment would be preferred, ideally telecom
- Business to Business sales experience would be an asset
- College graduate preferred
- Willing to learn on an ongoing basis and open to new products and services
- Must be available on an open schedule, including days, evenings and weekends- Able to stand for most of your shift as there is no seating in the booth
- Willing to go outside your comfort zone and engage customers on the lease line
- Not afraid to approach strangers or engage in informative conversations with them
- Strong understanding of current technology and mobile Operating Systems (ie. iOS, Android)
