Retail Store Associates are an important part of the team and store that deliver an exceptional customer experience, develop strong community relations, and authentically communicate what True Outdoors is all about. Here are some qualities we look for in a Retail Associate:

- Previous retail, sales, and customer services experience (preferred)

- Excellent customer service and sales skills

- Effective verbal communication skills

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Knowledgeable of outdoor activities

The store is open 7 days a week, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule based on store hours, including evenings and weekends.
