We are searching for a passionate and driven Salesperson to join our team full-time. This role involves connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting furniture, appliances, mattresses, and decor that aligns with their vision. If you're a people person with a flair for design and sales, we'd love for you to be part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Educate customers on our range of products and services.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the showroom presentable and organized.
- Stay updated on furniture trends and store inventory.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A strong sense of style and understanding of home design trends.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Sales and Customer Service experience (1yr minimum)
