Job Description
MUST HAVE TRADE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN HVAC / PLUMBING / HEATING / ELECTRICAL
Principle Tasks:
Process orders, quotations, and troubleshooting via telephone, email and counter service Source parts and equipment through our manufacturer platform and resources Provide high level of customer service building business relationships Inventory management and shipping / receiving
Successful candidates should possess the following attributes:
Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Heating industry; Minimum 3 years Sales abilities Strong work ethic and professional demeanor Working knowledge in Microsoft office, word, excel and outlook Awareness; time management and organizational skills Shipping, inventory control and order selection Excellent customer service skills; ability to listen to and work with our customers Research skills; accessing all available resources to identify customer's needs Must be detail oriented and have outstanding communication skills Work well in a team environment Eagerness to learn Reliable and conscientious Compensation based on experience

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
