Sales Associate

to join our team in Toronto.

Your primary focus will be on converting qualified leads into new clients. You will be responsible for following up on prospects , conducting initial meetings (virtually and in-person), and demonstrating the value of our services. Once a prospect becomes a client, you will seamlessly hand them over to the Portfolio Manager for ongoing management and service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to focus on what they do best: sales. You'll work with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads, allowing you to maximize your earning potential and contribute directly to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact and follow up on leads from digital marketing campaigns. Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and financial goals. Present and articulate our value proposition and investment strategy. Effectively close new client accounts and onboard them to our practice. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales-focused role, preferably in financial services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects quickly. Self-motivated with a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of investment products and wealth management is an asset. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) is preferred, or a willingness to complete them within a specified timeframe.

Compensation:

Base salary + competitive commission structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
