As the Sales Associate at Groovy Shoes, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success. You'll be responsible for your sales targets, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional customer service. Briefly, here's a look into the day-to-day at Groovy as a Sales Associate:

Demonstrate a high level of customer service and product knowledge. Helping with Day to Day tasks around the store Maintainig a positive and efficient work space Creating a welcoming environment for custoemrs and exceeding customer expecations. Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and missions of the store. Constantly communicate with the management team with things that can improve. Give ideas and take initiative. Maintaining in-store presentation, merchandising standards, and cleanliness Delivers excellent customer service and supervises sales associates to ensure they are delivering excellent customer service. Supports store operations by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments through existing organizational tools. Maintaining inventory control.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Job requirements: Minimum of 1 year of Retail experience

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Training for this position will be done at Sherway Gardens Mall

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
