Customer Service Associate
to join us!What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers with shipping, printing, and mailbox services Handle packing, labeling, and processing shipments Assist with copy/print jobs (business cards, flyers, posters, binding, etc.) Manage mailbox rentals and mail/package handling Operate cash register and POS system Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Comfortable with computers and learning new systems Retail or service experience is an asset (but not required - training provided) Availability for part-time or full-time hours (including some weekends)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
