Outdoor Sales Representative - Green & Clean Home Solutions

Green & Clean Home Solutions is an expanding home services business based in Etobicoke and Mississauga. We provide interior and exterior painting and staining, window washing, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing for residential clients. As we grow, we're looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative to help us connect with more homeowners and build our visibility in the neighbourhoods we serve.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this role, you will be actively out in the field representing Green & Clean Home Solutions. Your main responsibilities include:

Walking targeted neighbourhoods (often where we've already completed work) to introduce our services and spark new interest. Using our internal software to record homeowner details, track conversations, and update lead information accurately. Scheduling estimate appointments on the spot while speaking with residents at their door. Answering common questions about our services, pricing, and process, and handling basic objections in a confident, professional manner. Sharing printed marketing materials to reinforce brand awareness and create follow-up opportunities. Aiming to hit personal goals for leads generated and appointments booked, while also supporting the broader team's targets. Attending virtual check-in meetings every two weeks to discuss performance, review metrics, and plan upcoming goals. Actively seeking feedback, training, and internal learning opportunities to sharpen your sales and communication skills.
You're a Great Fit If You:

Communicate clearly, speak comfortably with new people, and come across as warm and approachable. Have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any role that involves dealing directly with people. Enjoy working independently outdoors and can stay focused without constant supervision. Are organized, punctual, and able to manage your time and tasks across multiple neighbourhoods or routes. Pay close attention to detail, including fully reading job descriptions and following application instructions.
